I, “Renter”, understand that the use of the dance studio facilities, including but not limited to the dance floor, mirrors, sound equipment, and any other property or equipment on the premises (Facilities), involves certain inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, falls, collisions, overexertion, and other injuries resulting from physical activity or use of the Facilities. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my use of the Facilities and any guests I bring.*

In consideration for being permitted to rent and use the Facilities, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless 773 Dance Project, its owners and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any guest under my supervision, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.*

I agree to use the Facilities responsibly and return them in the same condition as received. I understand that I am responsible for any damage to the Facilities, equipment, or property during the rental period. I agree to comply with all posted rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Studio.*

I understand that during my rental period, no supervision, instruction, or medical services are provided by the Studio. I am solely responsible for the safety and conduct of myself and any participants or guests present.*
